IZAN LIFE JOURNEY

Alhamdulillah. I thank Allah for the infinite blessings and continuous guidance that He gave me throughout my path in the field of finance that made me where I am now.

My name is Nor Fauzan A. Bakar, or better known as Izan among my colleagues. I was a fresh graduate from UIA in 2008 in the field of Health Nutrition. As a hopeful graduant, I approached a number of companies to secure a job as a dietician, but it wasn’t as easy as I hoped and I didn’t manage to get any offer. I kept my hopes high and believed that it wasn’t my rizq at that time.

I can see now how beautiful Allah has written my journey. What a blessing it was indeed for me not being able to get any job offer as a Dietitian. Apparently Allah had prepared for me something better.

During early 2009, I decided to take an offer as a temporary teacher in a primary school near my home area. Living in the midst of KL, I couldn’t afford to not go working and I know that I needed a job to help my family and to be secured financially. However I was there only for 4 months before I decided to leave as becoming a teacher did not fulfill me and my soul craved for something more. 

Coincidentally at that time, I went for a career fair in Mid Valley and was introduced to someone in the field of Public Mutual trust unit. Of course, at first I was a bit skeptical and reluctant to venture into a new field because I practically have zero knowledge and experience in the field of sales and finance.

With the determination and courage to challenge myself in a new field, the quote that I embedded in my heart and my mind at that point of time was “FOR THINGS TO CHANGE, I HAVE TO CHANGE MYSELF FIRST. ALLAH WILL NOT CHANGE THE FATE OF ANYONE, THEY THEMSELVES HAVE TO CHANGE IT”

And I always discipline myself to do, 

even untill now are :

1. Come to the TRAINING

2. Read BOOKS / Listen to MOTIVATION talks

3. Mingle with positive people

4. No CBEG- No Complaint, Blame, Excuses, Gossip.

In the beginning of 2010 I started to give focus and became a full time trust unit advisor. Thanks to the encouragement and prayers from my husband and families, as well as guidance from my leaders and colleagues, and support from my clients as well. Alhamdulillah, every year I qualify for Challenge Trips; all-sponsored Oversea Trips to Europe, US, New Zealand, Canada, and more.

In 2012, I realized the need for me to develop a strong ambition in the field of finance, as an added value not only for myself but also for all my clients.

A quote that I keep close to my heart is 

” IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS & INCOME THAN TO CUT YOUR EXPENSES. IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO GROW YOUR SPIRIT THAN TO CUT YOUR DREAMS.”

It was by Allah’s will that I was introduced to Izzni and Izzkandar in the field of AIA Takaful. I immediately took the TBE exam and was coded as an agent in September 2012. It took me a few months to learn and understand the ins and outs of takaful knowledge.

2013 witnessed the beginning of my journey as a Life Planner in AiA Public Takaful. Best thing about this industry is the career path very clear and wonderful. 

You can create unlimited passive income whereby with the same production can get very interesting and various challenges for example get many cash rewards, bonus allowances on top of regular basic commission, other than that can qualify trips more than 5 times a year. 

Apart from that, good support system from the company give impact on agency building and customer servicing where the process of hospitalization and claims are smooth, in feedback building good rapport  and get appreciation from clients. 

Alhamdulillah, among the achievements and trips that I achived in AiA Takaful are

2013- Bronze Medal Save A life for 50 Lives Saved

2014- Became Assistant Unit Manager (AUM)

2014 – Qualified for Star Convention – Korea

2015- Became 1st Unit Manager (UM) IzzGroup.

2015- Won Top 3 Rookie UM Nationwide

2015 – Qualified Star Convention by Grp – Osaka

2015 – Q4 Xiamen Trip Qualifier and Achieve Premier Agency Leaders’ Summit to Singapore.

2016- MDA 1,284,000 (1 star; Summit convention New Zealand by Group Sale, Get Panerai Watch for first time MDA.    

2016- Perth qualifier by Personal Sale, Achieve Premier Agency Leaders’ Summit Beijing

2017- MDA 1.6 Million; Summit convention, Prague;  Premier Leader Qualifier, 

2017-Q2 Challenge; Maldives qualifier, Guilin Qualifier- CIL.

2017-Q4 Challenge; 8k Apple Bonanza Achiever,  Achieve Premier Agency Leaders’ Summit Hongkong

2017-Q3 Challenge Colombo qualifier by Group-CIL.

2018- Elite Convention (Top 15 UM nationwide) to Switzerland.

2018- Convention Qualifier; Star & Summit by Group- Hokkaido & Rome Qualifier

2018- Breakthrough 2 Million + 3 Star MDA

2019- HongKong Leader Conference

2019 – Convention Qualifier; Star & Summit – Gold Coast & Amsterdam Qualifier

2019- Q3 Leaders Mega Cash Rewards==> Cruise

2019- Q4 Propel to MDA Challenge==> Cash Reward Rm15,000

2019- Achieve 2.3 Million & 3 Star MDA

2020- Agency Business Conference Challenge @ Bangkok Thailand.

2021: Dubai & Paris Qualifiers 

2021: 2.8 Millions 4Star MDA

Last but not least, eventhough this year is tough due to Covid19.. but its not the excuse for us to growth and transform.

Hope this 2020 will be remarkable year for us in all aspects intellectual, spiritual and career life with full of barokah.
